You agree that you are only authorized to access and use MSB’s Documentation and Costs, including any cost modifiers, (collectively, “Cost Tables”) in strict compliance with the terms of the Contract for Professional Services entered into by and between You and Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, LLC, an affiliate of CoreLogic Solutions, LLC (the “Contract”). The terms of the Contract include without limitation, that you will only use the Cost Tables internally to generate appraisal valuations in connection with real property, and specifically prohibit the use of the Cost Tables for any other purpose, including without limitation, insurance underwriting, analytics, telephone surveying, claims settlement, third party inspection valuations, or for use in any litigation or court proceedings.
